ULTRACARB™

Doulton Ultracarb

is a four stage cartridge combining the highly efficient filtration properties of ceramic with the enhanced water treatment properties of activated carbon and the heavy metal reduction capabilities of ion exchange media.


First Stage:
The first stage consists of Doulton ultracarb ceramic which provides genuine sub micron filtration. The cartridge reduces fine particulate matter, bacteria, cysts and turbidity.

Second stage:
The incorporation of silver locked within the ceramic structure gives enhanced bacteriostatic and self sterilizing properties.

Third Stage:

An inner core of activated carbon block removes chlorine and organic compounds.

Fourth Stage:
Ion exchange resin reduces Lead and other heavy metals.

SUPERCARB™

Doulton Supercarb
is a three stage cartridge combining the highly efficient properties of ceramic with the enhanced water treatment properties of activated carbon.

First Stage:
The first stage consists of Doulton Supercarb ceramic which is manufactured to provide genuine sub micron filtration. The cartridge reduces fine particulate matter, bacteria, cysts and turbidity.

Second Stage:

The incorporation of silver locked within the ceramic structure inhibits the growth of bacteria and gives enhanced bacteriostatic and self sterilizing properties.

Third Stage:

An inner core of activated carbon block which removes chlorine, VOC's and industrial solvents.

Acceptance of Orders

FRANKE TRIFLOW CARTRIDGES.COM is wholly owned and managed by the Sink Shop Ltd. All goods and services offered via this website are in turn provided by The Sink Shop Ltd. Whilst online payments are made through Paypal to "franketriflowcartridges.com" - The Contract of Sale is made with The Sink Shop Ltd. and will be deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all others (unless varied in writing by an authorised officer of The Sink Shop Ltd.) and they shall prevail over any other terms, conditions, undertakings, representations or warranties, whether written or oral, made by any party hereto. By placing an order for any goods offered via this website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Neither these conditions nor any orders may be varied or cancelled except by agreement in writing by an authorised officer of The Sink Shop Ltd.

Orders
Orders are mainly taken over the internet by the customer using a buy now button and in turn paying by Paypal or Credit/Debit cards. We also take orders by telephone, our staff are very knowledgeable regarding the products we sell. When placing an order we fill out a standard order form with the product and customer details on it, thus eliminating any possible ambiguities.

All prices quoted on our Web Site include VAT where applicable.

Payment

When ordering by telephone we debit your Credit/Debit card in full whilst processing your order, In the unlikely event there is an unacceptable delay on delivering your goods we will refund your money in full. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or Maestro. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorised third party obtains access to your information. If billing and delivery addresses are not the same, we may require a utility bill for confirmation.


Order Cancellation
To comply with your Consumers rights, you have the right to cancel your order within a period of SEVEN days from the day of taking delivery. Cancellation must be made initially by telephone and also in writing, by fax, email or letter and sent to The Sink Shop Ltd. The Mayfield Centre, 29 Draycott Road, Breaston, Derby. DE72 3DA UNITED KINGDOM. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in the condition in which they were received, please refer to Returns Policy below.

Delivery
Goods will be despatched as soon as practicable and wherever possible, in accordance with delivery times quoted on this website. However, Time of Delivery shall not form the essence of any Contract of Sale. Where necessary, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Any refused or failed deliveries may incur an additional delivery charge and this must be paid before any further attempts to deliver are made. For further delivery details click

Liability
Our liability for failure to deliver goods on time is strictly limited to refunding the purchase price of the goods, plus the delivery charge paid for the goods. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused to the customer by any delay for the delivery of goods. You should NOT arrange Tradesman for the fitting of any products before receiving and checking the goods, if you do so it will be at your own risk.

Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure our customers order the correct product for their requirements at the time of ordering, however we do not offer products on a trial basis - please check before ordering.

In the event that the customer wishes to return purchased products, for any reason other than transport damage or genuine faulty goods, we reserve the right to impose a 25% handling/restocking charge. We do not send out goods on a trial basis.

The goods must be returned to The Sink Shop Ltd. in a resale-able condition, they must not have been used or fitted or altered in any way, they must be in their original undamaged packaging. The Sink Shop Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any refund if the returned goods do not meet these conditions.

The return of goods to the The Sink Shop Ltd. will be at the cost and responsibility of the customer. The customer is advised to insure any returned goods for loss and/or damage for their full value. Items returned damaged will not be refunded. The customer is advised to return goods recorded delivery as shipping is not proof of receipt.

If the customer requires The Sink Shop Ltd. to arrange collection of goods for return, this will also be at the cost of the customer, a costing including insurance will be advised.

Any damages occurring to the goods during transit back to The Sink Shop Ltd. will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds on damaged goods.

Refunds will be paid back into the account from which they came within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be less 25% handling charge of the cost of the actual goods returned, plus any return costs if applicable.

If a change of product is required a price adjustment will be applied plus delivery charge.

Faulty Goods

If the product is accepted in good condition but on closer inspection is found to be faulty The Sink Shop Ltd. must be informed within 48 hours of receipt. Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge on a like for like basis on the next available delivery, however it is sometimes necessary to fill out a faulty goods return form for the manufacturer of the product.

Damaged Goods
All goods must be visually checked at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of delivery, for obvious delivery damage.

If the product is obviously damaged on delivery DO NOT accept it, write on the delivery note (not accepted - damaged) and contact The Sink Shop Ltd. at your earliest convenience.

If the product is accepted in good condition but on closer inspection is found to be damaged or faulty The Sink Shop Ltd. must be informed within 48 hours of receipt.

Shortages
When checking for damage and faults it is important to check that everything you ordered has been delivered, we must be notified of shortages within 48 Hours of delivery otherwise the liability for missing items passes to the customer.
